Medical disclaimer
We coach; we're not your doctor. Our meal plans, coaching, movement plans and content are for general wellness and weight management. They aren't medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't create a doctor–patient relationship. Our coaches and nutrition team don't prescribe or change medicines.
Talk to your doctor first if you:
- have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart, kidney or liver disease, a stomach ulcer, or any other long-term condition;
- take medicines, especially for diabetes (such as insulin or sulfonylureas), blood pressure or blood thinning, or weight-loss injections (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide);
- are pregnant, trying to get pregnant or breastfeeding;
- have had, or have, an eating disorder;
- are under 18 (our programme isn't open to under-18s).
Changing what and when you eat can change your blood sugar and blood pressure, sometimes quickly. If you take medicines for these, your doctor may need to adjust them. Never stop or change a medicine without your doctor.
AI-assisted coaching. Some of our replies, meal-photo feedback and plans are produced with AI tools, following rules written and checked by our nutrition team. Meal-photo scores and nutrient figures are estimates from a photo and may be wrong; please correct us when they are. They're not a substitute for clinical measurement.
Your information. Our advice is only as good as what you tell us. Please keep your health form up to date and tell us straight away about new diagnoses, medicines, pregnancy or symptoms.
Results vary. Results on our website are from real members who agreed to share them. They're not typical or guaranteed; your results depend on your body, your health and how closely you follow your plan.
Stop and get help if you feel unwell while following your plan, including dizziness, fainting, chest pain, shortness of breath, a racing heart, confusion, shaking or sweating (signs of low blood sugar), severe stomach pain, or vomiting blood.
In an emergency, call 112 (or 767 in Lagos), or go to the nearest hospital now. Don't wait for a WhatsApp reply. Our coaches aren't an emergency service and may not see your message straight away.
If you're struggling with food, eating or your mood, please speak to a doctor.
