PRE-DIABETES · TYPE 2 DIABETES

Lower numbers. Same Nigerian kitchen.

Members have brought their fasting sugar and HbA1c down by changing when and how they eat their carbs, not by giving them up. You get a plan that fits your medication and a coach who checks every plate.

We work alongside your doctor. Never stop or change medication without them.

Carbs at the right time.

Starchy food between 11:00 and 16:00 on carb days; lighter days in between.

Plates that keep sugar steady.

Fibre, protein and vegetables on every plate, with Nigerian meals portioned for you.

Built around your medication.

Tell us what you take and your plan follows it. Your coach flags anything to discuss with your doctor.

Health drinks that fit.

Moringa and green smoothies, made with what you can buy at the market, 2–3 times a week.

Do I have to give up rice and swallow?

No. You'll eat them in the right portion, at the right time of day: carbs between 11:00 and 16:00 on carb days. That's one of the main reasons our members don't quit.

What if I don't eat certain foods, or some foods upset my stomach?

Tell us and they're taken off your plans. Your plan is built from the foods you can and want to eat.

I have diabetes / high blood pressure / high cholesterol. Is this safe for me?

Your plan follows your conditions, your medication and your lab results, and our team reviews it. We work alongside your doctor: keep seeing them, and never stop or change medication without them.

Is Lose It Well a replacement for my doctor?

No. We coach nutrition and everyday habits. Your doctor is still in charge of diagnosis, treatment and medication.

Your next lab result could be your best one yet.
